SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders are shipped via common Freight carrier. Orders ship within 2-3 weeks of your order date. You will receive an email notification with a Tracking Number when your order has been shipped. You may also contact us at anytime to inquire about your order's estimated shipping date.

Damages:  Please inspect your order immediately and contact us immediately if your furniture has arrived damaged.  We will work with you to rectify the situation.  If an item can be easily repaired, we typically can ship the needed parts to you very quickly.

Cancellations:  You may cancel any order at any time before it ships.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Buying items online without seeing them first can be scary. We know that so we allow you to return items within 30 days for a full refund. All returns must be in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a full refund. Please contact us by telephone or email to get a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address. Please be sure to insure the full value of your return.

Include your Full Name, Street Address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return.  When you have shipped the item to us, please email your tracking number to: returns@stratashops.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used to purchase it. Return shipping charges are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).

Incorrect or Defective Items
If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will gladly replace the item or refund your payment. We will bear the cost of shipping the item back to us for replacement.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: Cushions, Replacement Slings and Director Chair Covers. All sales of these items are final.
